Ask MagCloud: Shipping Options
MagCloud ships orders of all sizes worldwide, although shipping carriers and delivery times vary by country. Visit our Pricing page to use our pricing calculator and see the shipping options for your country.
For FedEx shipments outside the United States, Canada, and the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees and import duties levied by the destination country, which could cause delays beyond the original delivery estimate.
FedEx does not deliver to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses, so any shipments to overseas U.S. military bases or post office boxes must be shipped with our USPS First Class Mail option, which has a weight limit of 13 ounces. This weight roughly translates to about 100 pages total for the order, depending on the format of the publication(s). If your order is more than 13 ounces, you will need to split the order into smaller shipments to be able to use USPS, or change your delivery address to a street address to use one of the FedEx options available for larger shipments.
When you enter the shipping address for an APO or FPO order, put APO or FPO in the City field and AE, AP, or AA in the State field. Be sure to select United States as the Country. Note that USPS shipments to APO and FPO addresses may take a few extra days to arrive compared to shipments within the United States.
Depending on your order size* and where you are shipping to, we offer the following shipping options and delivery timeframes (from time of order):
Within the United States
USPS First Class Mail (about 1-2 weeks)
FedEx Ground (7 business days)
FedEx Express Saver (5 business days)
FedEx Overnight (3 business days)
To the EU (except Croatia)
Postal Service (about 2 weeks)
UPS Standard (6 business days)
UPS Express (4 business days)
USPS First Class International Mail (about 2 weeks)
FedEx Ground (8 business days)
FedEx International Economy (6 business days)
FedEx International Priority (4 business days)
USPS First Class International Mail (about 3-4 weeks)
FedEx International Economy (7 business days)
FedEx International Priority (5 business days)
All FedEx and UPS shipping methods include a tracking number that will be emailed to you when your order has shipped. The time of day for delivery of these shipments will vary based on the shipping destination. Once your order is en route, your tracking number can be entered at FedEx.com or UPS.com to get more detailed information about the expected delivery time, and see options to modify your delivery as needed.

*Orders with domestic USPS First Class shipping have a 13 ounce weight limit, while orders with USPS First Class International shipping have a 16 ounce weight limit. This is equivalent to roughly 100-125 pages total, depending on the format of the publications ordered. If you would like to use either of these USPS shipping methods for larger orders, you will need to split the orders up into multiple smaller shipments.
For shipments within the United States, USPS First Class Mail has a weight limit of 13 ounces and therefore will not show up as an available shipping option if the total weight of your order exceeds this 13 ounce limit. Similarly, USPS First Class Mail International has a weight limit of 16 ounces, so it will not show up as an available shipping option if the total weight of your order exceeds this 16 ounce limit.
These weight limits roughly translate to about 100-125 total pages, depending on the format of the publication(s) you purchase. If you are not seeing USPS shipping as an option for your order, you can either split the order up into multiple shipments that are below the USPS weight limit, or if you are shipping to a street address you can select one of our FedEx or UPS shipping options, which have the added benefit of a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipping cost depends on the weight of the order, the destination country, and the selected shipping method. Visit our Pricing page to use our printing and shipping cost calculator to see the expected shipping cost for your order and your customers' orders.
Note that for FedEx shipments outside the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, the destination country may require the payment of import taxes, customs duties and fees. If so, these additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
For FedEx shipments outside the United States, Canada, and the European Union, MagCloud lists the recipient as the importer of record. These shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. As the importer of record, any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we have no control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for further information specific to your destination.
In the event that customs clearance procedures are required, please note that it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
