CW Group is pleased to announce the publication of the 28th issue of CemWeek Magazine. The 28th issue provides in an in depth feature about how the global merger of Lafarge and Holcim had a double impact in India. Both the structure of the local market and the merged companies suffered changes. We also have a feature on that talks about Mongolia moving closer to cement self-sufficiency with the opening of a major plant by the Mongolian producer Monpolymet Group, in the Gobi desert. The new plant is built to withstand the harshness of the Mongolian desert, while playing a key role in the industry, as the country’s cement demand is rising. Further, CWM issues a series of case studies about the main projects conducted by the equipment producer Bedeschi, which is currently increasing its activities in the Middle East and North Africa. The feature details some of Bedeschi’s most important achievements, spanning from Turkey to Tunisia and Morocco.
