Each May, Louisville, Kentucky is overrun by a profusion of sporting enthusiasts, awaiting the “greatest two minutes in sports”: the Kentucky Derby. But the spectacle is hardly the racing- it's the people. The hats are huge, the skirts are short and the stadium is a cross section of American culture. This is 44 pages of photography exploring that culture. All proceeds will go to First Candle. A nonprofit dedicated to stillbirth, SIDS, and infant survival.
