There are many things that are happening in the month of April such as The Canadian Cancer Society in Montreal that encouraging people in Quebec to wear a daffodil which symbolize life during the month of April to support individuals living with cancer. April is also Parkinson’s awareness month; Parkinson Society Canada is spreading awareness that Parkinson a chronic degenerative neurological disease caused by a loss of dopamine in the brain is lived among 100,000 Canadians. April 25 everyone is encouraged to partake in “Denim Day”, a protest since 1999 of an Italian Court ruling overturned a rape conviction because the victim wore jeans.
