Rosie is a dear friend who was diagnosed with Large Cell Neuroendocrine Carcinoma, a very rare and aggressive cancer. She has been able to take care of her kids and work through treatment. However, a recent infection and persistent cough have made that more difficult. Finances are tight for Rosie and her family and are expected to worsen.
