Vellum is an artzine for the masses. We exist to educate and inform the common man and woman on the street about some of the most innovative people working in the fine arts today. Instead of taking a critic's approach we feature straightforward, well-written and informative articles that can appeal to anyone from a 16-year-old skater or a hip senior citizen. Our goal is to get the masses interested in the fine arts (specifically emerging artists) which has been a closed and underserved community for too long.
