Inspired by Voltaire's 1759 novel Candide, The Misanthropic Cow depicts a strange bipedal bovine and her journey to make her way in our modern (and often miserable) society. She encounters many journeys along the way - operatic performances, racist cults, confused political protesters, debt collecting bankers - learning that no matter which path she takes, nihilism and misery are always right around the corner. Fun!
