A suite of 15 separate pieces of music inspired by poems written by Barbara Brown. The poems were originally written circa 1974 and together were a book titled Alone And Searching that was submitted by Barbara to the Library of Congress. The poems were read on air on a poetry program that was broadcast in the Long Island New York area from the Adelphi University Radio Station WBAU 90.3 FM that same year. Barbara Brown was a friend of mine and I was the guitar playing musician doing live music during the live reading by the poet. I do not recall the music I played originally, but I have the original poems given me by Barbara Brown and have composed new music inspired by the poems. This music is a compilation of each of the 15 pieces of music of the16 poems with some additional music to blend and transition from one piece to another.
