"Roots: An Exploration of Families and Cultures at JSC" is a documentary photography book that explores the diversity of the cultures and families of students at Johnson State College. It is composed of portraiture photographs of ten different individuals from varied backgrounds along with excerpts from interviews with them focused on stories about their families, their cultural heritage, and how these things have impacted their world view and their personal identities. The goal of this book is to better understand the diversity at JSC and learn about the individuals through personal stories and portraits.

The price is set by the publication site to cover printing and fees, I only profit about $11 dollars each copy to offset the cost of printing and shipping my first edition copies. The printed copies are absolutely gorgeous, 12x12, with thick glossy paper, with wire binding, perfect as a coffee table book. Thank you to everyone for you support of a local artist.
